reform:

built for the way Whistler moves

reform is a love letter to Whistler: an homage to dawn patrols, long days in the alpine, sunset laps, cannonballs off the docks into icy lakes, and the quiet dedication to maintaining a strong, capable body for a lifetime in the mountains.

Whistler is a community defined by elevated movement. At reform, we enhance the way Whistler moves through precision and a deep understanding of how bodies perform, recover, and adapt. Using the reformer as our modality, we train with control, targeting slow-twitch muscle fibres + sustained time under tension to build enduring strength. Our workouts are intense, yet accessible, meeting you at every stage of your athletic journey.

The reform  method is deliberate. Each class is layered, technical, and deeply considered, taught with clarity and purpose to support how you move both in and outside of the studio.

Our Mission:

To deliver athletic, intentionally sequenced reformer training that refines strength, precision, and body awareness for the way Whistler moves.

Our Vision:

To shape a mountain community that moves with greater strength, intelligence, and intention on the reformer and beyond.
