Our signature class: an athletic, full-body workout on the reformer, enhanced with Pilates props and weights. Expect contemporary Pilates, functional movement, and sustained intensity for a low-impact, high-burn session leaving you feeling strong, energized, and restored.

Sara is a highly movement professional with Bachelorโ€™s degrees in Biology and Anatomy & a Masterโ€™s degree in Education. 

Sara is a certified reformer & mat Pilates instructor through Balanced Body with a pelvic health mastery designation. In addition to Pilates, Sara is a certified personal trainer & Lagree trainer and  has trained with and and instructed at dozens of the best studios across the world, including Indonesia, Mexico, Guatemala, Vancouver, Victoria, and of course Whistler, as a trainer, all of which led the groundwork for reform

Sheโ€™s an avid runner, skier, and loves a dip in the lakes.

Her approach is supportive, growth-oriented, and motivating and loves nothing more than to help you reach and exceed your limits.

    Theyโ€™re spicy in all the right ways and super effective. I love how she pays close attention to form and gives helpful corrections throughout (makes such a difference). Her cueing is spot on, and I always feel like every single muscle gets worked. Itโ€™s hands down one of the most productive workouts Iโ€™ve done.     The 1:1 reformer Pilates session with Sara was amazing!

    I was a bit nervous to try a reformer Pilates class because Iโ€™d never done one before but Sara at ALGN was fantastic. She eased my nerves quite quickly and explained how to use the machine and gave some demonstrations. The class itself was challenging and fun with Saraโ€™s great instructions and cues guiding me throughout. I really liked how Sara pushed me, corrected my form to help me target areas better, and how her encouragement made me feel confident in the different moves on the machine. This was such a good and fun class and I highly recommend it to anyone thatโ€™s considering it!

    Doing a private reformer session with Sara gives you the exact kind of empowering challenge that makes working out so rewarding!

    These sessions put the โ€˜workโ€™ in workout, but Saraโ€™s infectious energy keeps you motivated the entire time and the session absolutely flies by. She delivers her cues in such a calm and focused manner, giving you natural direction to begin the move, but then keeps you going as your hype girl and cheerleader so you barely notice your muscles shaking! While it can be a bit daunting, I found reformer pilates to be the perfect balance of mobility and strength, and it allows you to really focus on controlling your body. Her cues show you what part of the muscle youโ€™re working, and gives you a deeper sense of mind-muscle connection and overall body awareness when you leave the studio. I couldnโ€™t recommend her enough!
